The 6-week Workshop

Space is limited! Max of 6 people per workshop. Reserve your spot today.

A small group will meet on Saturdays from 10am - 12pm (PST) over Zoom.

“Defining The Moment” is a healing journey that addresses childhood trauma through screenwriting.

A workshop that is both creative and transformational. The goal, to change negative feelings for oneself by bringing awareness and understanding to a painful memory.

Participants will finish with a screenplay of their moment professionally written, a title and their name as the author. The price of the workshop is $300, it’s on a sliding scale, you pay what you can afford at the end.

Knowing how to write is not a requirement. Contact me to sign up for the workshop.

Through screenwriting you will visualize and process a moment from your past. Seeing this moment and yourself as a character in a movie creates a profound shift in perspective to ones own life, bringing clarity to hidden truths. Many times these moments hold power over us, addressing them creates the opportunity to take that power back. This practice allows closed doors to open, and new journeys of self-discovery to begin. It’s the chance for us as adults to finally heal old wounds we’ve been carrying since childhood.

The workshop has live weekly sessions and one-on-one calls via Zoom.
