Docuseries Sizzle Reel

Here’s a sizzle reel for a potential docuseries about my workshop. Please be aware when viewing, it briefly talks about suicide and rape.

The show follows the workshop Defining The Moment: Addressing Trauma Through Screenwriting. Five participant’s from all walks of life, each write a short film focusing on a specific childhood trauma that has defined them. Like a murder mystery, the participants become detectives at their own crime scene. Going back to the scene of the crime, to the moment they Froze as a child. But where most crime stories end with the discovery of who committed the murder, ours will end with the survivor saving the victim. It’s the Hero’s Journey, going back to the moment that defined them, to define it for themselves.
